The main character, Francine Witt, is a journalist with a budget-wine blog who finds herself entangled with two men who use elaborate scenarios to steal high-priced wines, and then finds herself investigating multiple deaths connected to the secrets of Nefertiti’s treasures. I was hooked from page one and absolutely loved the layout, as it was clever and different (including hieroglyphics from both the past and present). In fact, the way the author did the visual elements in the book made me think about how a Dan Brown novel might look if he wrote cosy mysteries. ‘Full Bodied’ is a solid 5-star read for anyone who loves originality, cosy mysteries, wants to LOL, likes to learn about other cultures (i.e. Egypt), and loves a good female heroin that you won’t forget.

‘Join Francine as she uncorks secrets, solves puzzles, and navigates a world where wine and murder collide!’
